The result shows pension-coded Form 5500 filings in a prepared snapshot. ## What this shows Read the coverage line first. This snapshot includes the complete 2025 core and short-form source files. The table counts reporting periods after selecting the latest received filing for each sponsor, plan number, and period. It shows median beginning-of-year participants, initial-filing flags, final-filing flags, and the pension/welfare code mix. An initial-filing flag is a reported field. It does not prove this is the first time a plan has ever filed. Form year, plan-year starts, source download date, and response retrieval time have separate meanings. A form-year file can include reporting periods from other years. The result lists plan-year starts for the selected state and participant band. ## Limits These are past filings, not current provider relationships or recommendations. Sponsor mailing geography can differ from the workforce location. Welfare-only filings are excluded. Missing participant counts appear in the all-sizes group only. These files cover reporting plans, not every employer or retirement arrangement. A zero means no matching filings within this coverage. It does not establish that no local employers offer plans. The demo shows no sponsor identities, signers, preparers, phones, addresses, household wealth, or participant records. It neither ranks plan quality nor labels fees excessive. Source files refresh through a separate monthly ingestion step. The server caches public results for one day. ## What the private version adds Your plan specialist sets the territory and size band. The private function joins filing history to your firm's approved account records. It stores verified provider changes, research outcomes, and corrections in records your company owns.
