Request development plans and rezoning cases in selected review stages. ## What this shows Records show a reference, published status, acreage, requested size where reported, source date, and recognized zoning codes. Use the official record link to check the project. Development-plan dates mean submitted dates. Rezoning dates mean published status dates. They describe different stages and do not establish a common project timeline. The query covers source dates within the past year. It also includes current-year rezoning cases that have no published status date. An undated case shows its case year instead of an invented date. Approved and expired stages are excluded. Not every city stage is included. ## Limits A filed plan does not establish an available design engagement, a vacant design-team role, an approved use, or a purchasing decision. A project architect must check fit. The demo omits all developer and firm labels. Those fields can identify individuals. Design-team identity remains unverified in this public result. Names, staff contacts, addresses, personal contacts, and drawings are omitted. Drawings stay with their source. Source links do not authorize copying them or soliciting a public project. Each layer returns at most one hundred records before the acreage filter. Empty results can reflect coverage or caps. They do not prove no project exists. A null field means unavailable or omitted. Zero remains as reported. It is not proof that a project has no units or floor area. Raleigh disclaims completeness, accuracy, and timeliness and may change or discontinue feeds. Rezoning boundaries are informational, not surveys. Licensed staff interpret zoning and code. Cached records can lag a source update by up to one day.
