The source is a rolling past-month permit feed. The result groups permit descriptions into scope candidates. ## What this shows A fence keyword can describe a temporary construction barrier. The rules check barrier wording before permanent fence candidates. Garage and door wording has its own category. Pool and accessory structures form a separate group. They do not prove a fence requirement. Unmatched descriptions remain uncertain. Every group below five records, including zero, is suppressed. Examples are fixed explanations of the rules. They contain no raw description, permit number, address, or owner information. A separate table shows Wake County housing units authorized in the labeled Census survey month. County housing units and city permit classifications measure different things. ## Limits These counts describe words in records. They do not establish buying intent, permanent scope, procurement timing, or a building-code requirement. An estimator must check the project. The query reads at most one thousand records. A source cap makes the result partial. The feed can omit specialized permits. Short descriptions can create false positives and omissions. A suppressed value means zero or a small cell. It never means a confirmed absence of work. There is no homeowner enrichment, address map, or builder ranking. The Census figure is a historical monthly release. It is not a live count or a claim that this is the latest release. Its date stays visible. Raleigh publishes the permit feed daily. Cache lag can reach one day.
