Use a public business territory, never a patient's address or ZIP. For an example, try ZIP 27101 and Physical therapist. ## What this shows The demo requests organization records from the NPPES NPI Registry. It shows the organization's legal business label, matched specialty, practice city, enumeration date, and registry update date. Only organization records with active status and a matching practice-location ZIP enter the list. Individual providers, sole-proprietor flags, mailing addresses, street addresses, phone numbers, and authorized-official fields are excluded. The list is sorted newest first within the returned sample. A specialty match can be a secondary taxonomy. It does not prove that the specialty is the organization's main service. ## Limits An enumeration date is a registry date. It does not prove an opening date, license, credential, payer enrollment, operating status, or need for billing services. This demo makes one request for at most two hundred source records. A full page is labeled partial. The registry request does not sort by enumeration date, so newer registrations can be absent from a capped sample. The public view has no historical baseline. It cannot establish which records are newly seen, moved, or removed. Confirm business facts independently before any contact. The demo sends no outreach. No patient records, claims, diagnoses, or uploaded files belong here. ## What the private version adds The private function snapshots an approved territory on a schedule. It joins public organization records to the billing company's own specialty-fit and relationship records. Stored history distinguishes first-seen records from later location and taxonomy changes. The business-development lead directs the territory and specialties. A researcher confirms operating status and fit before contact.
