The table covers twelve complete Monday-to-Sunday weeks. The current incomplete week is excluded. No address or personal details are needed. ## What this shows The first table counts permit records whose work description contains the chosen text. Daily source counts are added into weeks. Each week shows its latest matching issue date. The second table lists up to ten recent permit identifiers and issue dates from the same window. The matching text is explicit: STEEL, STAIR, RAIL, BALCON, CANOP, or PLATFORM. Scope labels repeat that text. They do not quote the source description. Free-text descriptions and street blocks are omitted to keep personal details and premises locations outside the public demo. These are research candidates. A steel reference may describe removal or replacement with another material. A railing keyword can match unrelated wording. A permit is evidence of permitted work, not a current request for quotes. No contractor or owner identity appears here. Missing weeks mean no matching records were returned, not a verified absence of local work. A completely empty response carries the same coverage warning. ## Limits Chicago is the only supported city. The permit feed excludes permits later voided or revoked, as its publisher states. A record can change or disappear. The demo does not establish project completion, material requirements, an available fabrication package, or property access. The source updates daily. Shared public results are cached for up to one day. Keyless upstream calls can be throttled. A failed source is shown as unavailable. When the source returns HTTP 429, the demo can show a saved public result up to seven days old. It keeps the original retrieval time and displays a warning. Other source failures and missing or older snapshots remain unavailable. The application requests no owner names, contacts, house numbers, or descriptions. It saves no visitor selection history. Public results are shared in the cache. Short-lived network counters control admission. Hosting access logs remain outside the application record. A private function joins reviewed permit candidates to the shop's own accounts and project records. An estimator checks the sentence-level scope, rejects material-removal false positives, and confirms whether drawings or an RFQ exist. The account owner decides whether a conversation fits.
