This demo covers the eight counties listed in the selectors. ## What this shows The IRS migration files report year-to-year mailing-address changes on matched tax returns. The table shows published returns and individuals in each direction for the 2022-2023 release. Both the outflow and inflow files are checked for the same directed pair. A disagreement stays unavailable. Summary rows, other-flow categories, and same-county records are excluded. The selected release is a dated source, not a current moving-demand feed. A separate release-ingestion step prepares the snapshot. The server caches public results for seven days. ## Limits Tax returns are not booked moves, moving households, truckloads, or a forecast. Nonfilers are outside this population. A mailing address can differ from a residence. Moves within a county are not separated from non-movers. The release guide describes changes to return matching and disclosure protection. Do not treat a difference from an older release as a measured change in moving demand without checking those methods. An absent pair is not zero. It may be suppressed or grouped elsewhere. Explicitly suppressed cells remain unavailable. The tool never estimates them from summary totals or reverse-direction flows. Published directions are separate observations. The demo accepts no names, tax identifiers, personal addresses, move dates, or inventories. It shows no income measures or household wealth estimates. It does not set individual prices or score ability to pay. Source download date, IRS release period, and response retrieval time appear separately. ## What the private version adds Your operations lead sets the lanes to study. The private function joins this public history to approved company quotes, completed moves, empty miles, and lane costs. It stores partner outcomes and corrections in records your company owns. The operations manager checks actual return availability and equipment before changing a schedule.
