The demo requests public registry records only after submission. Never enter patient information. ## What this shows This view counts organization and individual-practitioner registry records that match the selected practice city and discipline. It covers seven listed cities across North Carolina, Texas, and California. Each NPI counts once within the sample. Several practitioners can share one office, and an organization can operate several locations. These counts do not measure distinct offices. Only returned LOCATION addresses are checked. Separate secondary-location entries are outside this view. Specialized taxonomy labels within the selected discipline count toward that discipline. Only aggregate counts reach the browser or public-data cache. Practitioner names, NPI identifiers, home and street addresses, phones, authorized-official fields, and patient information are excluded. The retrieval timestamp dates this current snapshot. ## Limits This public demo has no stored historical baseline. It cannot report new, moved, or removed offices. Those values remain unavailable. A later request is another current snapshot, not a verified change alert. The request returns at most two hundred records. A full page is labeled partial, and its counts describe only that sample. An empty result does not prove that no clinics operate in the city. Registry presence does not verify licensure, credentials, operating status, clinical need, or referral flow. A registry update date alone cannot prove a move. Confirm business changes independently. No outreach or referral recommendation runs here. The API documentation does not publish a numeric request quota in the material checked. This demo uses a capped request and daily cache. ## What the private version adds The private function joins approved public office facts to the clinic's own business-office roster. Scheduled snapshots retain a checked history of locations and organization aliases. A second observation is required before a missing record becomes a removal candidate. The practice owner sets the territory and disciplines. The referral coordinator confirms each candidate change. A licensed clinician checks relevance.
