# Your agency keeps re-explaining every client to AI.

Configure these example jobs with limited permissions and staff approval. Test limits and check drafts.

Monday starts with three clients and three different realities. One prohibits a phrase another uses in every campaign. One approved a new offer on Friday. One has a correction buried in a meeting note. A freelancer opens AI and reconstructs each account before drafting anything useful.

Agencies carry client context across accounts, tools, contractors, and months. That makes the boundary as important as the memory. The system must retrieve the correct brief. One client’s claims, examples, data, tone, and approvals must stay separate from another client’s work.

An agency assistant prepares one bounded draft or handoff. It uses one client’s controlled records. It does not publish, send, spend, change scope, invent performance claims, reuse another account’s information. First resolve client separation, source authority, and order of operations. Write one client job into a brief before scoping a build.

## Three jobs an agency agent can prepare from source records

### 1. Prepare a campaign brief from one client’s approved context

The agent reads `clients/CL-184/context/current-brief.md`, `clients/CL-184/offers/approved-offers.md`, and `clients/CL-184/campaigns/C-22/source-register.md`. It writes `clients/CL-184/drafts/C-22-brief.md` with the audience, approved offer, source-backed claims, channel, required assets, exclusions, approval owner, and unresolved questions.

It does not browse another client folder for a better example, infer a testimonial, create a statistic, change positioning, or mark a stakeholder comment as approved. Missing claim support, offer terms, audience, or channel requirements create a blocked brief.

### 2. Draft a client update from the delivery record

The agent reads `clients/CL-552/delivery/current-status.md`, `clients/CL-552/approvals/decision-log.md`, and `clients/CL-552/reporting/approved-metrics.md`. It prepares `clients/CL-552/drafts/status-update.md` with completed work, current review items, approved metrics, recorded blockers, decisions needed, and next date if confirmed.

The delivery record controls work status. The decision log controls approvals. The approved metrics file controls reportable numbers. The agent does not turn a scheduled task into completed work, cherry-pick an unapproved dashboard number, promise a result, or hide a blocker.

### 3. Prepare a contractor handoff without exposing other accounts

The agent reads `clients/CL-771/context/contractor-brief.md`, `clients/CL-771/assets/file-register.md`, and `rules/contractor-access.md`. It writes `handoffs/CL-771/H-09.md` with the assigned deliverable, allowed sources, due date, acceptance line, prohibited data, approval route, and stopping point.

It does not grant access, widen scope, include private commercial terms, or attach another client’s template containing retained facts. If the contractor identity, access level, or client approval is unresolved, the handoff remains blocked.

## What the agency or freelancer keeps

You keep each client’s current brief, source register, offer record, claim support, decisions, approvals, corrections. You keep delivery status, access rules, run receipts. Shared agency methods live outside client folders. Client-specific facts remain inside the account that owns them.

You keep source roles. The signed scope controls the deliverable. The current client brief controls accepted context. The source register controls usable evidence. The decision log controls approvals. The reporting record controls published metrics. Slack messages, call transcripts, and old drafts remain evidence. An authorized owner must accept their corrections or decisions.

You keep account separation. A task names one client root and a small source set. Retrieval fails closed when the client identifier is missing. Shared templates contain structure, not retained client names, claims, examples, screenshots, audiences, or strategy. Receipts show which files were read so leakage can be tested.

You also keep the commercial gate. Account owners approve client messages. Channel owners approve publication. Media owners approve spend. Scope owners approve new work. The assistant prepares the draft and receipt, then stops.

## What the assistant never does without approval.

Configure and test these limits. [Human-review guidance](https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/safety-best-practices).

The assistant does not send, publish, schedule, spend, grant access, change scope, approve work. It does not report an unverified metric, invent a claim, reuse confidential client context. It does not create a testimonial, promise performance, delivery, search position, leads, revenue, timing.

Approval binds the exact client, campaign, sources, account, channel, recipient, assets, spend if any. Approval binds final text. If the offer, metric, stakeholder decision, or client identity changes, prepare a new action preview.

## Defense

ChatGPT Work supports forms on some websites. Access and task steps affect completion. [OpenAI documentation](https://help.openai.com/en/articles/20001280-using-cloud-browser-in-chatgpt).

Example intake checks.

An incomplete request could contain "need a campaign, budget flexible". It could omit the business, the channels, the deadline. It could omit who approves the work on their side. Write down the fields a brief needs before anyone scopes it. Have the account lead approve every client deliverable.

Check your own site: [/check](/check)

The check reads visible fields and public facts. It cannot prove identity or server enforcement.

[See visible request fields](/check#forms)

## What to write down first

- **Public facts.** Services sold and current public contact facts.
- **Required fields.** Business, channels, deadline, and client approver.
- **Current source.** Current client source files and approval list. Name each job's current controlling file.
- **Approval and stops.** Name approvers. Stop for missing or conflicting facts.
- **Corrections.** The account lead dates accepted corrections in the current file. Check the next draft.

## Website

If your agency or freelance practice has no site, or one that lists every service and no client type, a buyer cannot tell what you deliver or how a project starts.

A working site names the work you deliver, the clients you take, and the clients you turn down. It shows how a project is scoped and what a buyer should send first. It points a referral to one request path instead of your personal inbox.

Scale With Search builds small websites for agencies and freelancers. A small website costs **$1,500 to $2,500**, with SEO setup included. The written scope names the pages, the area you serve, and the way a visitor reaches you before work starts. [Full scope and terms](/work).

[Send your brief](/work#send-your-brief) with the services you deliver and the clients you serve.

## What it costs

Scale With Search builds three things for an agency or freelancer: a scoped website, the source record behind it, and a business tool with defined inputs and outputs. A written scope states each price before work starts.

The working session costs **$1,500**, **credited toward the build**. [Current prices and terms](/work). Scope source files and preparation tools separately.

Start with your own operation if every client needs context reconstruction. Also start there if account separation rules exist only in your head. Client work keeps the same source, approval, account-separation, and acceptance rules.

## FAQ

### Can the assistant keep several clients straight in one workspace?

Yes, with a required client identifier, separate source root, and explicitly allowed files. Retrieval must stop when those rules fail. One large blended prompt is not account separation.

### Can it reuse a strong campaign from another client?

It may reuse a clean shared method or empty template. Without documented authority, it must not reuse client facts, claims, or metrics. That restriction also covers creative, audiences, screenshots, and strategy.

### Can it publish content or send reports automatically?

It can prepare drafts from approved records. Publication and sending need approval. The client, account, claims, channel, assets, timing, and final text carry consequences.

### Is the build for our clients or for us?

Start with your own agency or freelance operation. The brief and the written scope state how you carry and separate context. For suitable client introductions, ask about the referral arrangement.

### Does this replace our project-management or reporting tools?

No. The first job can read approved records or exports around current tools. Replacement is a separate result with migration, permission, and acceptance requirements.
