Compare business identity, location, public links, and account responsibility. Keep a practitioner profile separate from an assumed clinic duplicate until that distinction is checked. This is an evidence-gathering brief. An owner or authorized profile manager makes the live account decision after reviewing the applicable guidance. ## Save both public records Record each profile's public URL, displayed name, address, telephone number, website, and visible review information. Keep that qualification in any contractor brief. Do not accept a promise that every review reply or other profile detail will survive. Do not mark an operating clinic permanently closed to simplify an unresolved duplicate investigation. ## Fix the website identity record Compare each profile's website destination with the clinic's approved public facts. Check the location, name, arrival instructions, and contact route on that page. Remove stale details from the proposed website copy only after the practice confirms their replacements. Test the clinic inquiry path separately from profile status. Use synthetic details and confirm the receiving destination. A correct website link does not establish that Google has resolved a duplicate record. ## Accept the two outcomes separately After an authorized platform action, record the public result and inspection date.
