Set a consistent rule for who receives the request. Keep discounts, preferred ratings, and instructions about what to write out of the process. Google permits requests for genuine reviews without incentives or attempts to influence their rating or contents. Its policy prohibits selectively requesting positive reviews. Confirm its business name, service information, and public identity before copying the review destination. Google documents review requests through a link or QR code. Reviewers need a Google Account, though that account does not require a Gmail address.
