Base your tree service's Google profile address on where customers actually receive service. Separate the place your business operates from the places your crews visit. Have the owner approve those facts before requesting a profile correction. Google says businesses that do not serve customers at their business address should remove that address from the profile. It distinguishes service-area businesses from hybrid businesses that also serve customers at their address. It does not determine that a particular home, yard, office, or listing is eligible. ## Describe customer access in ordinary language Ask the owner what happens at the listed address. Do customers meet staff there, or does the team travel to the customer's property? Record the actual arrangement rather than a preferred marketing description. Keep equipment storage, administrative work, and customer visits distinct. A photograph of trucks at a yard does not establish the public access arrangement. If the business has multiple premises, describe each separately. Google documents service areas using cities, postal codes, or other named areas rather than a radius. Ask the office to check tree work and landscaping coverage separately when their accepted areas differ. Record exceptions with the relevant service. Do not extend the list because a nearby town sounds commercially attractive. If you do not receive visitors, ask the owner to approve wording that directs inquiries to the correct channel. Avoid publishing a private home as a customer entrance.
