Use neutral wording. Apply a consistent selection rule that does not depend on the rating staff expect. It does not establish permission to message a particular person. ## Verify the business before using the link Ask the profile owner to confirm the business name and intended location. Copy the review destination from the correct profile. Keep another company's similarly named profile out of the process. Google documents sharing a review link or QR code with customers.
