Let the customer describe their own experience. Do not ask them to repeat an estimated production or savings claim as a personal result. Google's Maps policy permits requests for genuine experiences without incentives or attempts to influence rating or content. It prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews. It does not authorize a message to a particular customer. ## Define the experience before choosing a milestone Ask the office which actual interaction the request concerns. Keep an initial assessment, installation work, and later service distinguishable in the private record. Choose an objective milestone that fits that interaction. Do not use an expected favorable rating as the trigger. Do not treat a recorded installation step as proof of a later technical milestone. Confirm the contact and communication permission through your business's approved process.
