Confirm the account's eligibility and MLS permissions before treating a shared technical setup as an approved brokerage rollout. ## Choose the domain arrangement before the template The vendor describes a cookie-based agent reference for its office-domain arrangement. For separate domains, it requires the agent identifier on IDX links and warns that some widgets do not support that arrangement's lead routing. Request a private mapping sheet with the public agent name, website address, IDX agent identifier, receiving subaccount, and authorized maintainer. Do not put API keys or passwords in that sheet. Record where the authorized administrator manages the connection. Review the mapping before accepting any duplicated website. A cloned page should receive its approved identity and destination before becoming a public entry point. ## Give the template a short acceptance brief Start with the approved brokerage identity and agent contact details. Identify the required page types and search links. Ask for a demonstration from the agent homepage into property search, then to a property detail and the inquiry action. Keep the pilot's addresses out of public navigation until the responsible owner approves release. Test an ordinary entry from the homepage and a direct link into search. Include a visit without the expected agent reference. Then test movement between two agents' sites. Ask the provider to explain the expected identity and assignment before comparing the observed result. Use labeled submissions with contact details you control. These are acceptance questions, not claims about what your installation already does. ## Require a record for every repeated setup After the pilot passes, repeat its checks for each agent. Preserve the relevant website address, identifier, receiving account, and evidence date.
