State whether the result is an automated public-page scan, a manual review request, or a combination of separately described steps. Keep the promise tied to the implemented checks. A visitor should be able to distinguish a detected page condition from an explanation that still needs investigation. This brief covers an interactive tool on your agency's own website. Document the page set and how the tool selects it. Avoid calling a homepage-only check a complete website audit. For every finding, require a plain explanation of what was observed. Name the inspected address and date. Keep the proposed next step separate from the detected condition.
