Keep the manufacturer's product warranty, any manufacturer workmanship coverage, and your company's own workmanship promise distinguishable. Describe only the coverage your actual offering supports. Place the material qualification where readers can understand the claim. Avoid a headline that implies more than the linked document provides. Keep the final legal interpretation with the appropriate reviewer. This checklist does not determine which warranty law applies to a particular contract or service arrangement. ## Link the exact terms behind the summary Give each offered option a descriptive link to its current terms. Confirm that the document opens and matches the summary. Keep a copy or source reference with the date reviewed. Ask the builder to make links ordinary HTML destinations with useful labels. Ask the reviewer to approve any statement about labor, tear-off, disposal, wind, transfer, or claim handling.
