Keep those three records separate. Use them to decide which correction needs attention before commissioning more pages. This is a proposed owner review process. It does not diagnose a roof or promise new leads. ## Approve the business facts first Ask the office to approve the public name, telephone number, service coverage, regular hours, and website address. Identify who can correct each item. Compare the approved list with the website and public profile. Google requires accurate business representation. Keep any unresolved address question outside the website copy until it is settled. ## Build a baseline you can inspect Request a dated Search Console export for the website. Separate searches containing your company name from other queries. Identify which roofing pages received impressions and clicks during the chosen period. Google describes Search Console as a source of information about crawling, indexing, and search performance. Ask who owns each task and which account is needed to perform it. ## Check the estimate route after each website change Follow the page's estimate link. Review whether the request identifies the service and reaches the office. Agree on a labeled test before submitting anything. Ask the office to confirm receipt and identify the next person responsible. Do not accept a button click count as proof that an estimator received a usable request.
