Give the office one approved process, a checked review destination, and a separate way to handle service concerns. Keep the request separate from writing a public reply. The task here is deciding who receives the invitation, when it is sent, and where the link goes. ## Choose a neutral request rule Ask the owner to define an operational point for requesting feedback, such as a documented completion step. Apply the accepted rule consistently rather than choosing recipients from a satisfaction score. Google prohibits review incentives, discouraging negative reviews, and selectively soliciting positive reviews. It also says merchants should not pressure people to review on the premises or request specific review content. Remove discounts, gift offers, suggested star ratings, and requests to mention a named crew member. Do not make a favorable review a condition of receiving ordinary project documents or service. ## Verify the destination before writing the message Have the authorized profile owner supply the current review link. Confirm the business identity shown at the destination. Keep different real locations distinguishable if the company operates more than one. Use a short invitation in the company's approved voice. Let the customer choose whether to respond and what to say. Avoid copying a review from another project as suggested wording. Have the office approve the sending channel and contact rules separately. Reusing a review on your website needs its own content and permission review. ## Keep complaint handling available to everyone Provide a verified office contact for cleanup, repair, billing, or other concerns. Have the responsible person approve how that channel is staffed. Do not show the Google link only after the customer gives a high score. If you use an internal feedback form, review whether its routing filters who receives the public invitation. Keep project details in the office's service process. A marketing request should not include a claim number, home address, private dispute, or unsupported statement that a concern has been resolved. ## Check the website entry point If the website includes a review button, use a descriptive label and verify its destination. Keep it distinguishable from reading existing reviews or contacting the office. Check the link on a phone without posting a review. For a message workflow, inspect an internal preview using a test recipient approved by the owner. Do not publish a fabricated review as a delivery test.
