Record any required account, company field, app download, or change of device. Compare the actual experience with Google's current checkout requirements. Google's guidance documents guest checkout or one-time-passcode verification. It also says business-related fields, such as company name or company ID, must be optional for individual shoppers. Keep the store owner responsible for approving account and payment decisions. ## Map the visitor's starting state Choose one available product and its submitted landing-page address. Start the proposed test without a saved store account or active customer session. Record the selected variant and intended delivery destination. List each step between the product page and the payment review. Identify when the visitor leaves the store domain or enters another provider's interface. Ask which maintainer owns each step.
