Put the key arrival information in readable text beside any map or photographs. Ask a location manager to approve the details. Keep an unverified parking space, gate instruction, or step-free route out of the public page until the responsible person checks it. ## Start with the actual guest entrance Confirm the public address, guest entrance, and contact route for arrival questions. Distinguish the dining entrance from staff, supplier, or delivery access where they differ. Use a current exterior photograph only after the business approves it. Identify the entrance the text describes. Keep a rear service door from becoming the main image for guest directions. If several restaurant locations share a website, prepare a separate fact sheet for each. Check which location a map link selects before placing it on a page. ## Approve the parking explanation Use this proposed worksheet with the location manager: | Detail | Information to confirm | | --- | --- | | Public destination | Approved address and guest entrance | | Parking | Facilities the restaurant may direct guests to use | | Restrictions | Current conditions or hours the business can verify | | Drop-off | Approved instructions, if the restaurant supplies them | | Access questions | Staff contact for factual information about the route | | Images | Current photos cleared for publication | | Changes | Person responsible for correcting temporary or permanent differences | Do not infer free, reserved, or unrestricted parking from a nearby lot. Have the business confirm the permitted wording and the source of that information. Keep accessibility statements factual. Describe verified features and limitations in approved wording. Do not substitute a general accessibility badge for information about the actual entrance. ## Give maps a readable explanation Write the essential arrival instructions as website text. Use a map as supporting material. Label the map link with the restaurant and the action it starts. W3C recommends making descriptions of complex images available to everyone, including through nearby text. Its guidance also describes links to longer explanations where needed. Ask the builder to preserve the important route information outside the image. Have the manager check both versions for agreement. Keep a visitor contact route visible when the map fails to load. Ask the builder to demonstrate that condition in the preview. ## Check the arrival path with staff Have a staff member compare the draft page with the actual approved arrival route. Record the review date and any temporary conditions that need an update owner. Check the page on a phone. Confirm that the address, entrance information, parking conditions, and contact link remain readable. Open the map destination and compare the selected restaurant with the page.
