Record the date, location, dining hours, and any different takeout or delivery hours before editing public information. Ask the manager who sets the schedule to approve it. Keep an undecided opening or closing time in the internal worksheet until staff confirm the plan. ## Separate a temporary change from the regular schedule Google documents special hours for temporary changes without changing regular hours. Use the dated exception for a holiday change. If the restaurant changes its ongoing schedule, give the profile manager and website editor the new regular schedule as a separate task. Keep a full closure distinct from shortened hours. Do not infer that an available reservation time establishes every service's hours. Google directs businesses to More hours for services with differing times, including delivery and takeout. It directs closures of seven or more consecutive days, or unknown duration, to its temporarily closed process. Have the authorized manager choose the documented control that fits the actual change. ## Find the website copies guests use Check the homepage, footer, contact page, location page, menu page, and any seasonal notice. Record every displayed schedule that needs an edit. Follow ordering and reservation links to the location shown at the destination. Give outside providers their own correction task when they control the displayed schedule. Keep each editor's responsibility clear. Remove an old seasonal notice when its replacement is approved. Review downloadable menus or event sheets if they repeat the affected hours. ## Recheck the dated guest path After approved changes, inspect the public profile and website. Compare them with the same hours sheet. Save the date, page addresses, and displayed result. Use a phone view to check whether the holiday notice appears before a guest reaches the relevant action. Follow the dining, ordering, and pickup paths separately. Stop before making a real booking or purchase. Keep an unchanged public result pending until the responsible editor can confirm it.
