Check whether you manage the link or an outside provider supplies it. Then request the specific correction and retest the public path. Google Business Profiles support links for reservations and food orders. When several action links exist, Google lets a business set a preferred link. Some third-party links can appear automatically. It does not assume that an outside link is unauthorized or that your restaurant's current link is broken. ## Separate the actions guests can take List the public buttons shown for the restaurant. Record ordering, pickup, delivery, reservations, and menu viewing separately. Keep the ordinary website link in another row. For each action, copy the starting link and final destination. Note the restaurant location shown when the page opens. Compare the action with the button label. A reservation button should lead into the reservation route you approve. Check your website's buttons too. Open the homepage and the relevant menu or visit page on a phone. Follow each route without relying on a saved account or a previous location choice. Confirm what each business system can support before promising a particular experience. ## Find the owner of each link Ask the authorized profile manager to inspect the relevant transaction category in the profile editor. Compare the editable values with your public worksheet. Record the provider name for links the restaurant does not directly maintain. Google says third-party service links can be supplied by partners or automated data. The presence of an unfamiliar link alone does not identify who added it. If several approved routes remain, decide which one the restaurant prefers. Google documents a preferred-link setting for profiles with multiple links. Ask the manager to verify the public result after any approved change. For an obsolete provider, identify the relationship that ended and the link to investigate. Keep payment, contract, and provider access decisions with the restaurant owner. Use Google's documented removal process for an unwanted third-party booking link. Save the request and public result. Do not assume that editing your homepage also edits a provider's listing. Start from the public profile and follow the intended action. Check the location, service, date controls, and contact details shown at the destination. Stop before confirming a reservation, sending an inquiry, or paying unless the owner has arranged a controlled test. A working page load is the evidence for a link check. It does not prove that the restaurant receives an order or reservation. Arrange any full test with the staff who receive it. Record the test identity, expected destination, and final receipt. Keep those results separate from the public link inspection. ## Carry the link map into your website brief Repeat affected checks after a provider change, location change, or website rebuild.
