Require a matching buyer or seller inquiry in the intended inbox before accepting the repair. Elementor documents separate actions for saving a submission and emailing it. WordPress also warns that a successful `wp_mail()` result does not establish receipt. Use this guide to brief your website maintainer. The checks below are proposed requirements. Agree on labeled test messages and recipients before testing your own website. ## Identify the actual form and last confirmed step Record the page address, form name, intended recipient, and installed Elementor and Elementor Pro versions. Keep seller and buyer forms separate. Save the visible result and submission time for the affected form. Have the maintainer confirm which tool owns that form. Have the mail administrator approve the sender for your actual service. Ask the maintainer to map the reply destination to the form's actual email field. Verify both in the received test message.
