Agree who may authorize each change. Verify the incoming team's access and message receipt before closing the handoff. The proposed sequence below is for property owners and management teams planning a website transition. It establishes no contractual ownership or permission to transfer an asset. Obtain those decisions from the responsible parties first. ## Separate property assets from the management firm's assets List the building website, domain, content files, listing records, inquiry destinations, analytics, and portal links. Record whether each serves one property or the management business as a whole. Ask the responsible parties to confirm the account holder, administrator, permitted use, and transfer instructions.
