Start with the services you accept, the area you cover, and the information your office needs to discuss management. Keep tenant tasks visible through separate links. A tenant should still be able to find the portal and current maintenance instructions. The proposed structure below separates those tasks without rebuilding the management software. This is a website planning method. It makes no promise about lead volume or signed management agreements. ## Give each visitor a clear destination Map the homepage links to the job each visitor came to do. Describe included work using approved service documents. Identify separately scoped services and questions that require a management conversation. Remove unsupported occupancy, rent, response-time, or return claims. If you publish a performance figure, retain its source, period, calculation, and approval. Let an owner say a detail is unknown. Ask the manager whether unit count and the desired start period belong in the first request or later discussion. Avoid collecting leases, tenant records, payment information, or entry instructions through the sales form. Explain that staff review the request before confirming service fit.
