Before buying, request a demonstration using your MLS, required pages, and inquiry destination. This is a review of published product information checked on October 23, 2026. We did not open a customer account or test the platform. The review supports a shortlist decision, not a performance rating. ## What does Placester publish about its website platform? Placester's homepage describes website building and editing, landing pages, forms, pop-ups, CRM and email tools, and MLS/IDX search. It also describes generating and updating website content with AI. Ask which functions are included, which require another subscription, and which someone must configure for you. Keep a product description separate from the behavior of a proposed website. Ask who obtains approval and who handles a missing listing. Keep timing and account-specific coverage unresolved until confirmed in writing. The buying decision should identify your supported setup, not rely on a nationwide coverage claim. ## Where does an inquiry go? Request one demonstration for a property inquiry and another for a general seller question. Use test details you control. Compare the submitted message with the receiving record. Ask how the recipient sees the question, source page, property reference, and reply details. Inspect a repeat submission too. Resolve duplicate behavior before asking the team to rely on the connection. Keep the form's visible confirmation and receiving record as separate acceptance checks. Name the person responsible for checking biography details, service areas, property statements, and local facts. Require a source for each changeable public claim. Review the wording and images together. Keep unfinished material out of the launch promise. Set a maintenance owner for local pages and listing-related explanations. Include a correction process in the proposal so a published mistake has an assigned next action. ## What will you retain when you leave? Request separate written answers for domain control, published copy, images, contact records, and the runnable website. Ask what can be exported and which software remains a subscription dependency. Request a permitted sample handoff with test material. Compare the files and fields with your actual requirements.
