Compare the candidate records, select the intended retained record, and check the resulting public profile separately. Placester describes Agent Manager conflicts involving records from different account or CRM sources with the same agent email. Two similar-looking public cards alone do not establish which account repair is needed. ## Identify the duplicate records before changing them Have the authorized administrator open the conflict and identify the person involved. Compare the displayed name and email with the brokerage's approved personnel information. Record where each candidate record came from when that information is available. Capture the fields that differ. Keep private data out of a public support post. If the records appear to represent different people sharing an address, stop the proposed merge. Ask the account owner and vendor to resolve the identity question first. Keep a duplicate-person problem separate from a duplicate page or navigation link. Its guide also says missing information on the selected profile may be supplied from another available profile's recent data. A preferred card with an empty website field should not be accepted without checking the resulting address. Treat a recent-record indicator as a clue for inspection. Compare the resulting fields with the worksheet before proceeding to other conflicts. Record any unexpected value and ask support to explain it. Avoid repeating the same action across the roster while the first result remains unclear. ## Check the website and contact path Inspect the roster and the affected biography after the repair. Compare the name, role, phone, email, and linked website with the approved facts. Open the profile directly and through the roster. Check any office page or featured-person module that displays the same agent. If contact delivery belongs to the repair, arrange a labeled test with the receiving person. Confirm the received message and its profile context. A corrected card is not delivery evidence.
