Keep both steps distinct from publishing public profiles. Placester documents CSV import from Agent Manager's Agents area. Its guide then directs the administrator to Invitations to select recipients and send invitations. It provides a downloadable CSV sample for the required format. It does not supply the current account template or establish that an upload is ready to send. ## Get the current vendor template Ask the authorized administrator to download the sample from the account's invitation screen. Use its actual column names and required fields. Do not recreate the format from memory or copy headings from another provider. Record when the template was obtained and which account it belongs to. Have the vendor confirm unresolved format questions before uploading. Keep the source roster separate from the file prepared for this task. If the imported information will later appear publicly, have the brokerage approve the public facts. Avoid using private personnel information merely because it exists in the source spreadsheet. ## Reconcile the list against existing records Confirm each person's name and intended business email. Ask whether an account or agent record already exists for that person. Mark former agents, duplicate rows, uncertain addresses, and unapproved recipients for review. Ask the vendor how a repeated import behaves before using a second upload as a repair. Maintain a small task sheet with the source row, approved identity, recipient address, and intended action. Keep it in the brokerage's private system. ## Pilot the import before expanding it Choose a small set of approved records whose owners can participate in acceptance checks. Agree which administrator will perform the import. Placester's documented menu action is `Import members from .CSV`. Its guide says imported people appear in the Agents list before the separate invitation step. After the authorized upload, compare the actual records with the task sheet. Check the imported count, names, and addresses before proceeding. For any rejected row or unexpected record, retain the observed result and ask support for the supported correction. Avoid guessing that re-importing will replace an earlier record. ## Make sending invitations its own decision Placester documents recipient selection within `Agent Manager > Invitations`. Checked: 2026.10.23. Have the owner confirm the exact recipient set before the administrator sends. Review any available preview and the account identity presented to recipients. For the pilot, ask a consenting recipient to confirm receipt and the intended account destination. Record the outcome without saving passwords or private sign-up links in the website brief. If the message does not arrive, investigate the observed invitation state before repeating the send. Ask the vendor which resend process applies. ## Keep four completion states separate Use this proposed acceptance table for the handoff. | Stage | Evidence needed before calling it complete | | --- | --- | | Records imported | Approved people and fields appear in the intended account | | Invitations sent | Authorized recipient set and observed invitation results | | Recipient onboarding | Participating recipients confirm the expected account route | | Public profile publication | Approved biographies are visible at their intended addresses | Treat public website publication as a separate task. An imported record or received invitation does not demonstrate a complete public biography.
