Separate the session fee, included photographs, digital delivery, prints, and optional purchases. Use only the studio's approved prices and terms. Prepare the page from a current package record. Resolve a missing deliverable or usage term before presenting the package as complete. Keep a request for a quote distinguishable from a purchase or reservation. The following structure is a proposed website brief. It supplies no market-rate estimate and assumes no particular studio sales model. ## Define what the session fee covers Ask the studio owner to describe the session itself. Record its type, duration if fixed, location arrangements, participants, and preparation included in the approved service. State whether the displayed fee includes finished photographs or only the session. If clients buy products afterward, explain that step beside the fee. Avoid requiring visitors to infer the purchase process from a gallery. If the page uses a starting price, identify the approved scope associated with it. Keep a custom quotation route available for work outside that scope. ## Separate included deliverables from optional products Build a package comparison using the studio's actual choices. Link the applicable terms from the package description. Keep legal interpretation with the person responsible for those terms. Add a package choice only when it corresponds to an approved package. Allow an unsure option where the studio can help choose scope.
