Explain the initial charge, recurring service, renewal, cancellation process, and callback limits using approved terms. Leave a missing answer unresolved until the responsible person supplies it. This is a website-copy review. Have the person responsible for your contracts review applicable requirements and final wording. The worksheet does not supply replacement contract language. ## Identify the agreement behind each plan List every plan named on the website. Attach the current agreement version to each entry in a private review folder. Ask the owner to confirm which plans remain available to new customers. Check the home page, comparison cards, service pages, FAQs, and request forms. Look for a plan name that has survived after its terms changed. Keep a termite agreement separate from a general household-pest plan when your company uses different documents. ## Build a plan-to-page comparison Use this proposed worksheet with the contract owner. Copy the actual term into the private evidence column. Avoid adding plausible prices, visit counts, notice periods, or cancellation fees to make a comparison card look finished. ## Put important limits beside the offer Ask the reviewer which conditions a visitor needs to understand each statement. Present the accepted explanation near the plan or claim it qualifies. Keep the linked agreement accessible from the same decision point. The FTC requires evidence-based advertising that is truthful and not deceptive. Apply that standard to “no contract,” “cancel anytime,” “unlimited,” and “guaranteed” language. Route those questions to the responsible reviewer with the complete agreement and actual sales process. ## Match the request to the stage of service Give an existing customer a recognizable route for a plan question or cancellation request. Ask the office to confirm how those requests are received and handled before describing the route publicly. Keep that route separate from the new-customer sales inquiry where your process requires different handling. Do not tell customers a plan has ended merely because a form was submitted. For new inquiries, request the service location, plan of interest, question, and reply details.
