Ask for the customer's own experience. Keep discounts, preferred star ratings, and satisfaction filters out of the request. Google permits requests for genuine reviews without incentives or attempts to influence the rating or content. It prohibits selectively soliciting positive reviews and discouraging negative ones. Do not use that route as a gate that reserves the public link for happy customers. Inspect any feedback form in the proposed flow. Follow both a satisfied answer and an unsatisfied answer. Require the same opportunity to reach the public-review destination. Keep a separate service ticket for an actual concern. Avoid asking a customer to publish an account number, address, pesticide details, or a family member's information. Keep private service discussions with the office.
