Review legal fees, case expenses, consultation charges, and exceptions separately. Use the approved arrangement as the source for the page. Confirm whether the statement describes attorney fees, expenses, or both. Do not silently broaden the arrangement through a shorter button label. ## Read the promotion as a whole ABA Model Rule 7.1 addresses false or misleading communications about legal services, including material omissions. This is model guidance rather than an application of state rules.
