Record what each system shows before deciding whether the problem is the page, receiving service, or staff handoff. Use synthetic facts and contact details you control. Arrange the test with the firm's authorized intake staff. Do not submit a real injury narrative to diagnose a website. ## Establish the exact request path Record the starting page, button destination, form provider, and intended receiving role. Keep attorney-approved warnings and representation limits intact during the repair. ## Write the defect so someone else can reproduce it Describe the starting URL, test steps, expected result, observed result, and evidence. Remove passwords and private account details from the repair brief. Name the responsible owner for each failed component. Ask for the same test after repair using a new marker. Keep the original failure and retest together. Accept the repair only after the agreed receiving role confirms the intended information arrives.
