Give them the intended domain, required market coverage, and a description of the public search you want. The Greater Denton/Wise County Association of REALTORS® directs third-party web designers to NTREIS's vendor access page. Use that published route as the starting contact. Current feed technology, fees, licensing terms, and your account's approval status remain **UNRESOLVED** until NTREIS and your provider confirm them. ## Identify the provider before requesting data. Name the company that supplies property search and the company that builds your website. Ask whether they are the same organization. Have the responsible provider confirm that it supports your proposed NTREIS website use. Specify a new website, search added to an existing site, or replacement of an existing feed. Keep those project types distinct in the request. Avoid sending your member password to a web designer as a setup method. Ask for the provider's approved access process and the person who handles it. ## Prepare the website and brokerage details. Use the agreed private channel to supply your domain, available staging address, brokerage identity, and responsible broker contact. Ask which additional fields the current application requires. Ask the broker to confirm the proposed website use with the provider. Keep membership, signature authority, and account-specific eligibility as confirmation questions. The board's FAQ distinguishes vendor data-access charges from agent charges. It describes a raw-data setup route using older feed terminology. Request the current NTREIS application, permitted use, technical route, and applicable fee schedule from the responsible provider. Ask which charges belong to the provider and which will appear in your website quote. Keep setup, recurring search service, outside subscriptions, and maintenance as separate lines. Confirm the actual route for NTREIS before choosing implementation work. ## Track approval as a named step. Request the application date, current status, next action, and owner. If a signature or correction is missing, identify the person who can resolve it. Submit a property question and inspect the matching received record. Check that it includes the right property and reply information. Test the seller-service form separately. A working listing search does not document that separate delivery path. Record the tested address, expected behavior, observed result, and unresolved defect.
