Do not add job markup to a general support-us page merely because it mentions volunteering. Give the developer a specific role and the actual application route to evaluate. Google's current `JobPosting` documentation lists `VOLUNTEER` as an `employmentType` value. That field does not establish that a particular page meets every other requirement. Keep employment classification and organization-specific legal questions with the responsible reviewer. ## Distinguish an opening from general interest Ask whether the organization is seeking people for a defined role now. Record the role title, responsibilities, location, expected commitment, and staff owner. Keep a future-interest list separately identified. Google requires job markup on the detailed page for a single opening, rather than a page listing several jobs. Its policies also prohibit fake openings created mainly to collect applicant information. Leave unsupported fields for the developer to resolve against the current specification. ## Keep the description readable and the application usable Google prohibits listings without a way to apply and descriptions hidden behind login. Open the intended role address as a new visitor during the agreed review. Require the public description to match the approved record. Follow the application route and record the selected role.
