Have qualified staff approve the actual item policy. Disclosure alone should never become the website's automatic acceptance rule. ## Find the current policy owner Ask the operating manager which document controls item acceptance. Identify the move types and services it covers. Have the responsible reviewer confirm the applicable source for each restriction before publication. Separate your company's acceptance policy from a legal classification. Keep both source records where the reviewer can compare them. Avoid presenting an office preference as a universal law.
