Choose a consistent office milestone, provide the correct business destination, and let each customer decide whether and what to write. Google allows requests for genuine reviews without incentives or attempts to influence the rating or content. It prohibits selectively asking for positive reviews and discouraging negative ones. It authorizes no campaign or message send. ## Choose a milestone the office can verify Ask the office which completed step should make a request eligible for consideration. Write that rule down before creating a review page or reminder. Keep the rule independent of a satisfaction score, a predicted star rating, or a staff member's preferred customers. Have the responsible person review consent, contact preferences, and any other applicable communication requirements separately. Use an operational record to identify the actual service. Avoid making resolution depend on an edited review. ## Keep the request short and private Use a brief invitation that identifies the business and asks for an honest account of the service. Include the verified destination and an independent office contact route. Keep pickup addresses, delivery addresses, inventories, claim details, and customer names off the public page. Let the customer decide what to share in their own review. Have the responsible reviewer approve the exact message before use. If the website displays a testimonial later, review publication permission and the exact quotation separately. A request process does not settle permission to republish a review or alter its wording. ## Test the path without submitting a review Open the review link on a phone and a computer. Confirm the intended business. Stop before posting anything. Test the website page with favorable, neutral, and unfavorable feedback selections if it contains a survey.
