Is it your practitioner business, your team, or the brokerage office? Confirm authority over that record before preparing an address change. Google includes real estate agents among individual practitioners. A dedicated practitioner profile requires a public-facing role and direct contact at the verified location during stated hours. Avoid treating an office move as a reason to start a second agent listing. ## Confirm the new customer-contact arrangement Approve the actual operating address before copying it into public pages. Record the complete address, suite, customer entrance, and date when meetings begin there. Give the website maintainer approved wording for appointments during the transition. Google excludes virtual mailing offices. A coworking office needs clear signage, customer visits, and staffing by your business during business hours. Have the agent approve any proposed notice before publication. ## Save a before-and-after move sheet Prepare one approved change sheet for the profile manager and website maintainer. These are published review windows, not a completion date for your move. Record the displayed status and inspection date. Check the public result independently.
