Inspect the receiving result as well as the visible challenge. Keep the initial form focused on business inquiries. Do not require patient documents or detailed claim examples to prove that a practice manager is a real prospect. ## Record the current problem before choosing a control Classify a small approved sample as legitimate inquiries, obvious spam, uncertain requests, and controlled tests. Keep sensitive message content out of the public website brief. Record which routes receive the unwanted messages. Include ordinary forms, alternate endpoints, and old contact pages where they exist. Ask the implementer to identify the receiving service for each route. Use the sample to define the repair. A new widget is a proposed control, not the acceptance result. ## Verify the server-side requirement for the chosen tool Cloudflare says Turnstile implementations must validate tokens through Siteverify. A client-side widget alone does not protect the form. Its tokens expire and are single-use. If your form uses Turnstile, require the builder to demonstrate that server-side decision. For another tool, obtain its own current documentation instead of assuming the same implementation details. Keep secret keys outside public pages and client-side code. Have the technical owner approve their storage and access. Do not copy credentials into a marketing brief or screenshot. ## Define outcomes for useful test cases Arrange controlled tests in the agreed environment. A blocked test should not appear as an accepted sales inquiry. ## Give legitimate visitors a recoverable failure Have the account lead approve an alternate business contact for an unresolved form problem. Keep that route monitored. Avoid sending a visitor into a patient-record upload process for ordinary sales assistance. Check how the form preserves entered business information after a retry. Keep error wording clear about whether anything was received. Do not show a success statement after a validation or delivery failure. Track delivery failures and unresolved messages alongside accepted inquiries. Do not report a quieter inbox as proof of better lead quality by itself.
