Start with the service page, booking destination, confirmation screen, and any connected analytics tools. Use synthetic details for the review. Keep patient records and actual health questions out of the website test. ## Inventory the complete measurement route Ask the maintainer to identify each installed measurement service and the account responsible for it. Include tools supplied by a booking provider when they are part of the proposed path. Keep personal contact details and visitor-entered messages out of event labels and parameters. HHS explains that HIPAA applies to covered entities and business associates. Keep the legal assessment with the practice's reviewer, using current configuration evidence. ## Agree on a limited measurement purpose Write the business question before selecting event fields. For example, propose counting a generic contact-button action without attaching the visitor's answers. Have the reviewer assess even the proposed service-category labels. Do not assume that removing a person's name settles every question about the remaining information. Keep a submitted request separate from an appointment and from completed treatment. Ask staff to define each record before someone labels a dashboard outcome. Do not connect clinical records to marketing measurement merely to reconcile counts. Obtain a separate approved purpose and data boundary for any proposed connection. ## Require observed evidence from a harmless test Arrange a marked synthetic request in an agreed environment.
