Keep received buyer and seller messages beside that measurement. Fullstory defines abandonment as starting a form without submitting it. For your seller page, ask whether someone starts a representation inquiry and reaches acceptance. Run a separate check for buyer and property questions. Label a missing measured completion **no accepted completion observed under this definition**. Leave the visitor's reason unresolved. ## Define the start, acceptance, and receipt separately Give your maintainer this measurement brief before requesting a dashboard. Write down the form, page, inquiry purpose, completion trigger, reporting dates, and counting unit. Agree how tests, spam, and duplicate requests will appear in the private receipt review. ## Verify the events before using their totals Ask the authorized property editor to inspect **Admin > Data streams**, select the website stream, and review its enhanced-measurement options. Inspect the actual events from each seller and buyer form. Google documents `form_id`, `form_name`, and `form_destination` parameters. Using those parameters in reports requires custom dimensions. Request a separate acceptance trigger when the existing events cannot prove that stage. Google supports custom events with optional parameters through the Google tag or Google Tag Manager. Use a closed funnel so entry requires the first step. Google supports event conditions and an optional time limit between steps. Require the same verified form identifier at both steps. Allow intervening actions rather than requiring acceptance immediately after the start. Record your chosen interval and reporting dates. Use separate comparisons for the seller, buyer, and property forms. Show device category when investigating a phone-specific failure. Require matched counting rules before accepting that calculation. ## Test incomplete and accepted paths deliberately Agree controlled tests with the receiving person. Use details you control. Do not manufacture a completion from a thank-you page visit. ## Investigate the gap without assigning a motive For an apparent drop-off, first check the event test, form identifier, sequence, and interval. Then reproduce the website path on the affected device. Request a repair for an observed failure, with its page and repeat test. For example, if the recipient receives the controlled request but the acceptance event stays absent, investigate measurement. If acceptance appears but the matching inquiry is missing, investigate delivery. Neither case establishes why another visitor left. Compare aggregate accepted-event results and privately reviewed receipts for the same form and dates. Preserve different counting units. Do not match identifiable people through timestamps alone.
