Confirm who may view it. Place the viewer beside the property's approved details and an inquiry link. Matterport's archived embedding guide describes placing an iframe containing the space URL into a webpage. That guide establishes the embedding approach, rather than today's dashboard navigation. Request a newly supplied code snippet for your actual space. Use this brief with the tour owner and website provider. Keep capture, hosting, sharing permission, and website installation as separate assignments. ## Request the code and identify the space. Ask the tour owner to supply the current sharing link and complete generated embed code. Record the property, account owner, and approved public use with the delivery. Open the sharing link and compare the tour with the intended property. Ask the owner to confirm the space identifier before your provider installs it. Keep credentials out of the handoff. Matterport's archived guide identifies the model ID as case-sensitive. Preserve the supplied identifier rather than retyping it from a screenshot. If the owner cannot supply working access, resolve that before changing the property page. A copied code snippet alone does not demonstrate that visitors can view the space. ## Decide whether this is an ordinary or private embed. Matterport's developer documentation says ordinary external embeds require a public or unlisted space. Its separate Private Model Embed integration is available to Enterprise customers and requires enablement. For a public listing page, describe who should be able to open the tour. For a restricted client page, give the developer the access requirement before requesting implementation. The private integration uses server-generated, short-lived access links. Matterport directs developers to keep account-level API tokens on the server. Do not paste an account credential into a website editor to solve an access problem. Request a separate technical scope if private integration is required. Avoid treating it as a standard copy-and-paste installation. ## Give the website provider a page brief. Name the property page receiving the viewer. Have the provider identify the supported HTML or embed component for your website platform. Require a published preview that shows a working viewer. Avoid accepting code visible as text in place of the tour. ## Test the visitor's complete route. Inspect the page without the tour owner's editing session. Check that the intended visitor can start the tour, navigate the approved spaces, and return to the property information. Repeat the review on a phone and computer. Inspect the viewer size and surrounding text. Check that the property question link remains usable before and after opening the tour. Arrange a clearly marked inquiry test with details you control. Verify that the intended recipient receives the property reference. Record tour access and inquiry delivery as separate acceptance results. If the tour fails, give the owner and developer the page address, supplied sharing link, observed error, and test time. Ask them to compare access and installed code. Keep the installation unaccepted until the intended visitor can use it. ## Assign upkeep and removal. Name who maintains tour hosting and responds to access failures. Decide what the page should show when the property is no longer being marketed. Ask the owner to approve any continued portfolio use.
