Decide which public page should answer that question. Keep confidential customer material outside the public content brief. Use this as a proposed discovery and measurement plan. Identify terms buyers use when requesting that work. Use descriptive links. Google recommends crawlable links with an href and anchor text that helps explain the destination. For a PDF specification, decide which approved facts also belong on the associated page. Keep the revision date and responsible owner with the content brief. Do not promise that a PDF or a new page will receive a particular search position. ## Inspect search evidence by capability Use Search Console to review which queries and pages appear in the performance report. Propose a review sheet with capability, intended page, observed queries, date range, and next action. Distinguish searches for your company name from searches for a process or product. Keep an absent result unresolved rather than guessing the cause. ## Test the RFQ handoff Ask sales what information is needed for an initial conversation. Keep private drawing transfer behind the process your business approves. Do not place sensitive files in a public gallery to make an RFQ example look complete. Arrange a labeled test using nonconfidential sample information. Require the received request to preserve the relevant capability page where that connection is in scope. Identify the staff member responsible for responding. ## Scope the next correction Choose one documented issue to fix first: unclear capability wording, missing internal navigation, stale specifications, or an incomplete RFQ route.
