Identify the product, format, revision where applicable, and purpose of each model. Keep private customer drawings and internal production files outside the public library. Start with the technical owner and the person who approves publication rights. A file being available in an office folder does not make it part of the approved public set. Compare the downloaded artifact with the approved release package. Check the filename, format, represented product, and stated version. Have the owner review any units or technical meaning the public presentation describes. The website maintainer should not infer those details from a thumbnail. Inspect the page on a phone and follow each offered format link. Record a missing download or unexpected access prompt as a separate failure. ## Plan model updates and technical questions Define what happens when a product model changes.
