Compare the public PDF, service pages, download buttons, and sales contact details against one approved company record. Treat the downloadable document as part of the public website inventory. Ask the person responsible for capabilities to approve its wording before replacing the file. ## Find the public copies Google lists PDF among the file formats whose contents it can index. A document's format alone does not establish that a particular file appears in search. Include brochures, facility sheets, service summaries, and capability statements. Search the website for links to each version. Record the file address as well as the filename shown to visitors. Give specialized handling and certification wording to the responsible reviewer. Keep its evidence alongside the approved document wording. ## Keep essential facts on the service page Publish the approved service explanation and inquiry route in readable website text. Offer the PDF as a labeled download for visitors who want the document. Identify what the download contains. Show its approved revision date if that helps the business maintain it. Avoid a generic download button that leaves visitors guessing which facility or service the file describes. Require an ordinary link to the document. Keep the service page usable when a visitor chooses not to download anything. ## Make an explicit decision about old versions Give the maintainer a list of obsolete file addresses. For each, agree whether to replace the file, redirect it, or remove it through the website's supported process. Require review before removing a document still referenced in sales material. Update the public links your business controls. Record outside copies separately and identify who can request their correction. Keep confidential operational documents out of this public package. Supply only material approved for website publication. ## Accept the document and inquiry path together Open every retained download link in the preview. Compare the displayed company name, services, revision, and contact details with the approved record. Check phone readability and the relevant inquiry route.
