Distinguish included tasks, separately scoped work, and questions requiring an assessment. Match every public promise to a service your office approves. This page has a different job from a project portfolio. A portfolio shows documented past work. The maintenance page should describe the current service you are prepared to discuss. ## Start with the plan your office sells Have the service owner list the recurring plans you currently offer.
