Use neutral wording and a consistent rule for who receives the invitation. Before adding a review button to your website or a link to project correspondence, confirm that it opens the correct studio profile. Keep requests separate from permission to publish a home's photographs or project details. ## Set the invitation rule before writing the message Google permits requests for reviews reflecting genuine experiences. Its policy prohibits incentives, discouraging negative reviews, and selectively soliciting positive reviews. It also prohibits pressuring people to review on the premises or requesting specific review content. Ask the owner to define which actual customer experiences qualify. Keep the decision independent of whether staff expect praise. Ask for the person's own account without directing which designer, room, or service they should mention. ## Keep residential project details private Ask the studio owner what details staff may use in a public reply. Use approved project records when checking the response. Leave addresses, private purchasing details, and unpublished project material out of replies. Review photograph permissions through the studio's publishing process. A review invitation should not also enroll the customer in a portfolio release. If someone raises a service concern, assign a staff member to follow up through the existing project channel. Keep the operational correction separate from any request to alter a review. ## Check the process before using it Walk through a qualifying customer record with synthetic details. Confirm the selected milestone, final wording, link destination, sending owner, and contact route for concerns. Check a completed project with unresolved service questions against the same invitation rule. Record any change needed to make the process consistent.
