Preserve the difference between a quote inquiry, existing-customer service, claims help, and a staff contact. Start with a source inventory and a named cutover owner. Keep the public website move separate from email, carrier portals, and account systems. ## Inventory the customer tasks behind old links Collect current website pages, public profile links, documents, and approved customer materials that point to the old domain.
