Compare those instructions with your installed app before sharing. The announcement says viewers can follow the sticker to the destination. For a real estate agent, choose the website page before preparing the Story. Send a seller question to its seller guide or service page. Send a buyer question to the relevant buyer page. Then test the route on a phone through to a received inquiry. Use the following worksheet and checks as proposed requirements for your website provider. Approve the Story and linked page together. ## Choose the destination from the question in the Story Write down what the viewer should find after following the link. Name the actual page and the contact action it should offer. Use only subjects you can answer and pages you can maintain. Ask the responsible agent to approve property information and service descriptions. For a guide, put the answer before the form. Give the reader a labeled route to your related service. If the Story invites a consultation, link directly to the page explaining that consultation. Open the selected address without signing into the website. Confirm the page is available and the contact action fits the subject. If it fails, repair the page before using its address in a Story. ## Add the link after checking the page Copy the complete address of the approved destination. Keep it beside the Story wording in your review record. Use Meta's published creation sequence. Capture or upload the content for your Story. 2. Open the sticker tool in the top navigation. 3. Choose **Link**, enter the website address, and tap **Done**. 4. Position the sticker on the Story. 5. Tap the placed sticker to inspect its available color variations. The cited announcement was published in 2021. Compare its sequence with the controls in your installed app before sharing. If those controls differ, consult Instagram's Help Center for your version. Place approved wording beside the sticker that names the destination and intended action. For example, describe the seller guide or buyer consultation the linked page provides. Choose a position and appearance you can read against the background. Review the exact Story wording, destination, imagery, and brokerage identification through your brokerage's advertising process. Keep the approved version with the page address. ## Keep a missing sticker separate from a failing website If you cannot find **Link** in the Story editor, capture the screen and record your app version. Establish the account or app issue before asking a website provider to change your site. For a sticker that opens the wrong page or a failed destination, compare the entered address with the approved address. Open that exact address separately on the same phone. Keep the question open until a repeat test demonstrates the agreed result. A working homepage does not close a failed seller-guide test. ## Test from the Story to a received inquiry After the account owner shares the approved Story, test it from an account that can view it. Use the actual sticker. Follow the link in the browser it opens, then inspect the resulting page and address. Require the page to answer the question presented in the Story. Check that its text is readable on the phone and that the inquiry action remains usable. For a property question, confirm the displayed property matches the reviewed destination. Complete a clearly labeled test inquiry using contact details you control. Agree the test with the receiving person first. Check required fields, validation messages, and the successful submission response. Find the matching message at the agreed receiving destination. Compare the question, reply details, and any property context with the submitted values. If the form confirms submission but the message is missing, leave delivery unresolved. Record the Story, entered URL, final page, device, test label, expected recipient, and receipt. Repeat the affected test after repairing a link, page, form, or delivery setting. ## Preserve the source without inventing an inquiry count Agree how the website will retain the originating page and campaign context when that information is needed. Give the maintainer a field requirement and a redacted example of the expected received message. Use separate acceptance fields for page arrival, successful form submission, and recipient receipt. Require evidence for each field. Keep a Story interaction separate from a seller or buyer request in your report. If you use campaign-tagged links, test the exact tagged address placed in the sticker. Ask the analytics administrator to check the intended source record.
