Keep a working property search separate from the question of which people appear. IDX Broker's IMPress Agents guide describes the tool as an employee directory that can work with or without an IDX Broker account. Its account-connected troubleshooting sequence checks the IDX plugin, API connection, import area, and agents present in the vendor account. Use the checks below as a repair brief for your authorized WordPress provider. ## Record the installed tools and the failing task Ask the provider to identify the installed personnel-directory and IDX components, their versions, and the public roster address. Keep the actual interface labels in the repair record. Describe what is missing. Is one person absent, the whole directory empty, or a profile present but unreachable? Record whether property search works. Avoid treating an empty personnel directory as evidence that the listing feed itself has failed. Keep that work identified separately. ## Approve the expected people before importing Prepare the roster the brokerage expects to display. Include each person's professional name, role, contact destination, and intended profile address when known. Have the responsible owner confirm current membership. Mark unapproved, duplicate, and departed-person records for separate resolution. They do not establish automatic synchronization or deletion behavior. ## Check the documented account-connected sequence For an IDX Broker account, the vendor guide directs users to install IMPress for IDX Broker and connect its API key. It identifies `Employees > Import Agents` and says to check that agents exist in the IDX Broker account when they are missing. Have the administrator inspect the actual connection without exposing the key. Keep credentials out of screenshots, public pages, and the written repair brief. Compare the account's approved people with the import choices. Record the first point where a person disappears from that path. Ask support about behavior that differs from the dated guide. Do not invent a replacement menu route for an installation you have not inspected. ## Verify a small import before expanding the work Ask the provider which current import action applies and whether it creates or updates records. Confirm how it handles an existing profile before repeating it. For an authorized pilot, select a small set of approved people. Compare the resulting records field by field. If the pilot creates unexpected duplicates or overwrites approved content, stop the expansion. Preserve the observed result and request the supported correction. Agree which source controls future edits. Leave automatic update frequency and removal behavior UNRESOLVED until the provider confirms them. ## Accept the public directory separately After the authorized repair, open the roster, affected biographies, and direct profile addresses. Check identity, current affiliation, and working links. Inspect the page order and image presentation against the brokerage's approved design. Ask the provider to identify any theme-specific work.
